Sorry there are no pictures to add with this post.  The rainy weather has not kept the builders at bay, but it has made it too dark to take pictures.  I hope to get some good ones this afternoon.  The bricks have arrived for the fireplace, and I hope the fellas get started on that today.  The electrical work is complete.  The well pump is complete as well.  From what I could see yesterday, all of the plumbing is coming together, just a few loose ends to tie up today.  The duct work has begun, and they have the heating/air holes and ducts installed in the boys bedrooms and bathroom.  So lots going on over at 8989 Ella Gallaher!

Tubs, wires, and shingles...oh my!

Well after much begging from my mom, I'm adding some more recent pictures of the house.  There has been a lot of progress over the last couple of weeks.  The electrician has been wiring away.  The folks who drilled the well were back yesterday and ran the water line to the house.  We've purchased the bathroom vanities, and the tubs were delivered too.  Things are really starting to come together.

The doors, windows, and roof are now in place!

Major Happenings

Today was a productive day at the construction site.  Even though it was freezing outside, the crew managed to get a lot done.

This year we will be in this house...at some point.  For now we have some more rafters and part of a porch.
